- Sunday School Director
Jeanne is excited to be joining the staff of St. Paul’s. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the task. She has a degree in early childhood education and has operated her own childcare program in Illinois before being transferred to Baltimore in 2014 due to her husband’s job. She currently works as a nanny for twin boys.
Jeanne is married to Scott and has three adult daughters. She has served on several vestries and taught Sunday school as a trained educator for the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd, a Montessori based formation program. She has served as hospitality chair, a member of the Diocesan steering committee, a chalice bearer, a reader, and a Eucharistic minister. She is currently a mentor for Education for Ministry, a 4-year program through the University of Tennessee, Sewanee.
This fall, Jeanne will be pursuing a children’s ministry certificate offered through Forma, which is an education program provided by Virginia Theological Seminary. Forma supports, networks, advocates for, resources, and celebrates Christian formation leaders in their Christian formation ministries. The vision of Forma is to bring continuity and quality to lifelong formation ministry within and through institutions of The Episcopal Church and other related Christian communities.
